About our Church
Camp Hill Baptist Church began in 1881, only 16 years after the War between the States and marked the beginning of Camp Hill Baptist Church. Prior to the 46 annually meeting of the East Liberty Baptist Association at Dadeville, AL on Friday, September 23, 1881, twenty-eight members constituted the Camp Hill Baptist Church. At this meeting a petition was presented that the newly organized church be received into the association. On Sunday, May 17th, 1891 the New Baptist Church at Camp Hill was Dedicated. The sermon was preached by Dr.Shaffer of Dadeville, It is unnecessary to say that it was heard with much interest, it being delivered by one so well known as Dr.Shaffer. There was also service at the Methodist church with a crowded house, and still, with two houses crowded, there were people enough outside to fill another the same size.

In 2019 Camp Hill Baptist Church moved all operations to the Hwy 280 campus. We are currently in process of setting up a permanent building on the property to have an indoor church as well as our outdoor options.
